Can we review your waivers and insurance before booking?

Yes. We provide sample waivers, COIs, and permitting templates during proposal stage so your legal team can review in advance.

How do you handle minors or intoxicated guests?

We require government-issued ID showing 18+. At events serving alcohol, 21+ is enforced. Guests who appear intoxicated are politely declined.

What if someone has an adverse reaction?

Artists are trained in first-aid response. We stock medical kits on site, document the incident, and follow up with guests post-event.

Do venues need special facilities?

We require access to running water, 110V power within 20 feet, and adequate lighting. We bring portable solutions when needed.
