Emerald leads the creative roster; Oz orchestrates the run-of-show.

Every activation begins with a curation brief. Emerald reviews portfolios, commissions new flash, and pairs artists with events based on aesthetic, speed, and guest demographics. Oz structures rotations, production timelines, and compliance requirements so talent can focus purely on craft.
